In her interview with Claire Adelaba Abdulrazak and Abiodun Akaunmu on early morning Edition on NTA news 24 on the 25th of Sept 2012 in Abuja she had affirmed strongly that has come to Abuja for good. Giving her reason on why she relocated from Lagos to Abuja, Lady D said “I relocated from Lagos to Abuja because my husband is now settled in Abuja. Even though it is not easy because as a creative artist, it’s good you are always in close proximity with your source of raw materials This is a little challenging though”

Reiterating her commitment to her course, she said, “but in Nigeria everything is possible, so it has not been difficult to source for raw materials in Abuja. I have found a better and effective approach to that.
It would be recalled that Lady D ran a TV program years past, and many TV lovers had followed her program consistently before she opted for a physical audience interaction program via classes and lectures. Emphasizing on why it became expedient to suspend the TV program, the mother of 3 said it was easier to run the Academy while interacting with her students instead through the television channel, pointing out that she has just commenced a new session in her new school, here in the FCT.
